Privacy

hirecrane.co.uk is run by Domain Farm Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13544286, Vantage House, Euxton Lane, Euxton, Chorley PR7 6TB. Domain Farm Ltd is the data controller for the details you send through this site.

What we collect

When you request a crane we collect the type of crane, the date or that your dates are flexible, how long you need it, whether you want a contract lift or crane hire with operator, the site postcode, any load weight, lift height and details you give, your name, company if given, phone number and email address. We also record the time of your request and your IP address, so we can show when and how you agreed to be contacted.

What we do with it

We pass your request to crane hire firms that cover your area, so they can contact you about it. That is the only reason we collect it. Each firm becomes responsible for your details once it has them and should tell you how it uses them when it contacts you.

We do not sell your details, add them to marketing lists, or pass them to anyone else. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

How long we keep it

We keep a record of your request for up to 12 months, so we can answer questions about it, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hello@hirecrane.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Business listings

The crane hire firms on our town pages are business listings taken from Google Maps. If your firm is listed and you want the listing corrected or removed, email hello@hirecrane.co.uk.
